Fees & charges
Clients who wish to enrol with Master Builders to undertake training and/or assessment must read and acknowledge this policy in conjunction with the Master Builders refund policy prior to enrolment.
A client is considered enrolled in a training program, and therefore eligible for the issue of an award, after the required fees are paid. All fees charged for training and/or assessment include a non refundable administration fee, tuition and/or assessment fees, materials, learning resources and, in some instances, resources and light refreshments.
The Master Builders refund policy includes cancellation and withdrawal of enrolment information should a client wish to cancel or withdraw their enrolment.
A qualification or statement of attainment will be issued on successful completion of nationally accredited training and/or assessments. Charges apply to the reissue of these documents as outlined in the student information handbooks issued to clients prior to enrolment.
Master Builders agrees that, once enrolment for training and/or assessment is accepted, it will complete the agreed training and/or assessment service. In the unlikely event of Master Builders being unable to deliver the agreed training and/or assessment services, arrangements for clients to complete their training and/or assessment will be made with another nearby RTO with minimal disruption to the client.
Fee reductions are available to clients who are Master Builders members.
Master Builders has funding opportunities available to clients from time to time. Eligibility for funding will be discussed at enrolment.
