Residential Building Contract Workshop
Lack of knowledge and understanding of building contracts is the cause of numerous unprofitable building projects. The right contract document completed correctly protects the interests of the builder, client and trade contractor.
The Residential Building Contract Workshop for Contractors is designed to give domestic builders a better understanding and increased knowledge of building contracts, including the use of written contracts as a legal requirement at all levels within the contractual chain.
The workshop will help contractors prepare, understand and comply with the Domestic Building Contracts Act 2000 when undertaking residential building.
