- Public Liability insurance to protect you against third party personal injury and also property damage, arising from an insured occurrence in connection with your business operations. This policy includes:
- An allowance for legal expenses, additional to your sum insured, for defending claims
- Indemnity for your principals and builders, arising from your performance of your works
- Cover for your liabilities, arising from your subcontractors actions
- Liability cover for damages caused by faulty works to third party persons or property, occurring after completion of your work. Your policy needs to be in force at the time the damages occur.
- Insured liability arising from use of your un-registered vehicles at the worksite
