How secure are my credit card details?
Master Builders uses SecurePay to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card and charge card transactions. Confidential information, including card details, is encrypted using industry standard SSL 128-bit encryption technology.
What if I don't want to use my credit card online?
If you don't wish to use your credit card online, simply enter products into your shopping basket as normal, then once you have entered your name and address simply choose the ‘print and fax’ option. Then, simply print your order and fax it to Master Builders with your credit card details. Master Builders Shop fax number is (07) 3225 6545.
What if I need to return something I purchase?
We are happy to accept returns if the goods are or become faulty through no fault of your own; are not fit for a stated purpose or for a purpose you made known to our staff; don’t match our description or sample; or have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention. The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase, within 30 days of receipt. You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind. How long will my order take to arrive?
In most cases, depending on your location and stock availability, your order will arrive within a week. If your order is likely to take longer than two weeks to fill, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time upon receiving your order.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
After placing your order with Master Builders, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number. If your order hasn't arrived within two weeks, please call us on (07) 3225 6416 or email sales@masterbuilders.asn.au and we will track your order for you.
