Development of the Business Success seminar program to assist members through tough economic times.
Stability of membership and staffing levels, despite a difficult financial climate.
Despite the downturn, members have continued to utilise services and benefits such as training, licensing, insurance and the Housing & Construction Awards program.
Continuous business process improvements resulting in enhanced applications and processes that assist staff to better serve the needs of members.
Master Builders Foundation set-up, allowing Master Builders to directly assist groups or individuals in need.
